Hi, since after the Covid I do not longer have prepaid no refunadable rates. Our policy is 3 days. Sometimes guests pay to the agency and I receive their virtual card to charge ONLY on the arrival day. You mention 1 week. I do not anything re that.

Hi, there is a garage close by which has to be booked ahead. The cost for a normal car should 25,00 ( 24 hours ) or 30,00 is SUV. They cancel cancels automatically the virtual ZTL fine. Unfortunately no place to unload luggage in front here,

Well located, owner is an absolute gem!
Well located very close to the main station, car hire companies and walking distance to the main fights of Firenze. It’s an old building but all functions well. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable, it worked very well for us.
It’s old fashioned which wouldn’t be to everyone’s taste but we liked it’s quaint layout and the traditional styling. It had all we needed.

Great room close by the train station. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, recommending places to eat and sights to see. The room was comfortable and has everything we needed.

Location! Proprietors were extremely helpful and kind. Speak great English.
AC could be more powerful. We stayed during a heat wave so none of Europe’s AC units were ready for it.
